Born on May 11, 1965.

Graduated from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations (MGIMO) in 1995.

Has command of English, Bulgarian and German.

Entered diplomatic service in 1995.

2007 - 2009 - Counselor to the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations in New York.

2009 - 2012 - Head of section in the Department of International Organizations at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

2012-2015 – Consul-General of the Russian Federation in Kirkenes (Kingdom of Norway).

2015 - 2016 - Deputy Director of the Personnel Department at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

2016 - 2020 - Deputy Director at the General Secretariat (Department) at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Has the diplomatic rank of  Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, Second class (12/16/2014).

Appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Iceland by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, No. 697 of November 11, 2020.

Married, has a grown-up daughter.
