Reception at the Embassy on the occasion of Russia Day

On June 9, 2017 the Russian Embassy in Reykjavik hosted a reception on the occasion of the National holiday of the Russian Federation – Russia Day. The event was attended by representatives of Icelandic authorities, diplomatic corps, businessmen, cultural personalities and Russian community activists. In welcoming address Ambassador Anton Vasiliev mentioned state of bilateral relationship with Iceland, Russia’s foreign policy priorities, country’s latest achievements in science, technology and culture.
